To set aside the judgment and conviction dated 27.04.2018 made in Crl.A.No.104 of 2016 on the file of the learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, by which confirming the judgement and conviction order in S.T.C.No.315 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1/Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai, dated 01.11.2016, and acquit the petitioner/accused.
Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.GANESAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 598 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.A.No.104 of 2016 on the file of the learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

CRL MP(MD) No.554 of 2021 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
