This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.5, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.148 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.S.K.Patturaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 21.03.2014 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramantathapuram is directed to verify whether charge sheet has been on 21.03.2014 itself, and why it was taken on file and submit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report to that effect to this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
