Deva Jansi ... 2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.271/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli and quash the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and letter in D.No.880/2020, dated 10.09.2020 received from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi (FAC), seeking further three months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 20.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.271 of 2018 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.879/2020 dated 10.09.2020 wherein, the learned Judge has stated that he was holding full additional charge of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi from 07.08.2020 and due to Covid-19 lockdown, trial could not be completed and now the case is posted for examining LW2, LW4 to LW6 and therefore, requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order dated 13.01.2020. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioners in extending the time limit.
