ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 224 of 2021 on the file of first respondent, Aranthangi Police Station, Pudukkottai District.

2. Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police, after conducting investigation, had laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in C.C.No.319 of 2023 Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
