ORDER

The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is harassing him. To forbear the second respondent from doing so, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) clarified that on the file of the second respondent, no petition is pending against the petitioner and therefore, the question of summoning him for enquiry does not arise at all.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
