This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge made in W.P.(MD) No. 11219 of 2006, dated 31.01.2012.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant died during the pendency of the writ appeal. In fact we find that such a 2/5

submission was made when the matter came up for hearing on 26.08.2019 and it was recorded by this Court. Inspite of the same, till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
