ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.108 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 376 of I.P.C., and hence seeks bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, the accused raped her daughter on 30.03.2015.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that there is a dispute with regard to the sharing of water between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant and therefore, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also submitted that the respondent has completed the investigation and also filed the charge sheet.

is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 17/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
