Mr.S.Manoj Imanuel, learned counsel representing counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader assisted by Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of all the three respondents on instructions from Police Officer who is present in Court from the third respondent Police Station namely Thenbagam Police Station, Thoothukudi District, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.10326 of 2011 submits that no history sheet was ever-opened qua writ petitioner.
3. It is also submitted by learned State counsel on instructions that writ petitioner is no more and the date of demise was more than five (5) years back.
4. In any event considering the nature of the prayer, as it is the stated position of the respondent police that no history sheet was ever-opened with regard to writ petitioner, it will suffice if the submissions are recorded.
5. The aforesaid submissions of the learned State counsel are recorded. Instant this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
