RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the arrears of monthly rent of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty thousand only)out of the balance amount ie., available the account of E.P.No.63 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2013 on 03.03.2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Theni by the tenant and also post the case CRP(MD)276/2016 for final disposal in the list.

Prayer in CRP(MD). 276/ 2016 :

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 05.11.2015 made in R.C.A.No.1 of 2015 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority, Theni confirming the order dated 12.06.2014 made in RCOP No.6 of 2013 on the file of Rent Control Authority, Theni. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.THIYAGARAJAN for M/S.A.P.ATHITHAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to withdraw the arrears of monthly rent of Rs.20,000/- in E.P.No.63 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2013 on 03.03.2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Theni. 2.Without prejudice to the contentions of the petitioner in the main Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel for the respondent has not objection for withdrawal of Rs.20,000/- and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the same by filing necessary application before the concerned Court.
