Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Appeal(MD).No.140/2019 dated 29/04/2019. PRAYER IN CRL.A(MD)NO.140 OF 2019:

Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Casts and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Crl.M.P.NO.1362 of 2019 on 27.03.2019 and release the petitioner/accused in bail in Crime No.156 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Kumaravelu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following Order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Appeal(MD)No.140 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.140 of 2019 on 29.04.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.140 of 2019 on 29.04.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned court as and when required for interrogation.
