ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relating to impugned order passed the Respondent vide D.TN/20759/Enf./Exem./MDU/RO/2010 dated 20-05-2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to permit the petitioner Bank to continue with the exemption granted vide order dated 10-041997. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent issued the impugned show cause notice on the ground that there was a violation of conditions covered for grant of exemption, for which regularization order was cancelled under Section 17(4) of the EPF Act and after the impugned order, the petitioner Bank complied with all the conditions imposed in the regularization order and recouped the financial stability and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the impugned order and it is for the EPF authority to satisfy as to whether the petitioner Bank complied with all the conditions imposed in the regularization order for the subsequent period.
