COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the order passed in TNSE.No:2/2010 and TNSE.No:28/09 dated 13.01.2011 and that of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 01.11.2008 and quash the same consequently to direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service. In both petitions:- For Petitioners : No Appearance For R2 : Mr.T.Ravichandran COMMON ORDER There is no representation when the matters were listed for hearing on 18.03.2021. Hence, the matters were directed to be listed today (I.e., 23.03.2021) under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
