ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 408, 417, 418 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.18 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner was employed under the defacto complainant concern. The petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. It came to the knowledge of the defacto complainant during the audit enquiry.
4.Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary for recovering the misappropriated money. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
