ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the first petitioner's representation, dated 27.10.2022.
2. Admittedly, the first petitioner is the husband of the third respondent; that the first petitioner is residing at Sivagangai and the third respondent is now residing at Coimbatore.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2021 for restitution of conjugal rights and D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2021, are pending between the parties. 2/4
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent has already been closed.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
