[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the wife and mother-in-law of the petitioner herein, alleged to be illegally detained, are alive and they have left the petitioner on their own. In fact, they are present through video conference from the Public Prosecutor office.

2. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. Leave is granted. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
