This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.312 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report on 06.10.2019 before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
