When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to approach the higher official of the church for redressing his grievances.

2. In view of the above submission, writ cannot be issued against a private individual and this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
