This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents police to provide adequate police protection to the person and the property of the petitioner, in S.No.147/1A and 147/1B situated in Pothumbu Village, Madurai North Taluk measuring to the extent of 2.65 acres for his life and limb based on the representations given by the petitioner dated 21.11.2020 and 23.12.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.07.2021. The same is recorded.
