ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.4 in Crime No.

40 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 506(i), 302 and 120(b) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the alteration report, the petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant and thereby he sustained injury on the right eyebrow. He has further submitted that the defacto complainant was treated as out patient and the similarly placed A6 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8668 of 2015.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant with knife on the head however he sustained injury on his right eyebrow. It is further submitted that the accused Nos.15, 18 and 19 were already granted anticipatory bail. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. until further orders for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.
