ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to discontinue the harassment, humiliation on the petitioners forthwith.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the father of the petitioners 1 and 3 and the third respondent entered into an agreement for making constructions that the father of the petitioners 1 and 3 died due to COVID and that now, the third respondent has lodged a complaint as if the first and third petitioners' father has not repaid the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/-.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the said submission, the first petitioner is directed to 2/4

appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed further by following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
