This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge made in W.P(MD)No.588 of 2008, dated 18.12.2008.

2. The learned Single Judge while allowing the writ petition directed the writ petitioner to submit a fresh application and further directed the Public Service Commission to consider the application and to publish the result of the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law.

3. The above order passed by the learned Single Judge was stayed by the Division Bench of this Court, by order, dated 29.06.2012. In view of the same, the direction that was issued in favour of the writ petitioner was not acted upon.

4. In the considered view of this Court, by now, the entire selection process must have been completed and nothing survives in this writ appeal. That apart, the writ petitioner has already been served with notice and his name has also been printed in the cause-list and there is no representation for the writ petitioner.

5. In the light of the above discussion, the order, dated 18.12.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.(MD) No.588 of 2008 is hereby set aside and this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
