[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Arokiya Arul Jesily, aged about 25 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent and produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.63 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she married the third respondent and she is not illegally detained by him as alleged by the petitioner. She has also stated that she is not willing to go with her parents.

4.In the light of the above facts, we find no merits in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
