JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo, dated 25.01.2023 stating that the dispute between the parties was settled amicably and hence, the Second Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. He also made an endorsement to that effect. The said memo is recorded. 2.In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
