This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner at the time of constructing the building in T.S.Ward No.9, Block 10, T.S.No.1886, Akkasalai, Vinyagarkovil Street, Tirunelveli Town, based on the representation, dated 09.06.2015.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
