ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi District not to harass by compelling petitioner to execute the sale deed in favour of the third respondent in respect of her property situated in D.No.43/6, West Car Street, Tiruchendur (S.No.1484/12) and Patta No.3446). 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property and the third respondent and one Anandha Ganesan, who were managing the property, have forged the signature of the petitioner and prepared a sale agreement and on that basis, they have now lodged a complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was pending. He would further submit that since the dispute is civil in nature, the second 2/4

respondent has closed the complaint.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
