:Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in M.12/TN/MDU/58341/ENF-B/2009 dated 10.12.2009 and the consequential proceedings of the 1st respondent in TN/MDU/RO/ENF/ APPLICABILITY/2010, dated 17.02.2010 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to allot separate code number for the petitioner Establishment.
