ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No. 275 of 2022, which was initially registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and thereafter altered into Section 306 IPC.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
