ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam for the speedy disposal of the protest petition filed by the petitioner against the referred charge sheet filed by the respondent in Cr.No.146 of 2014 within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, is directed to dispose of the protest petition filed by the petitioner against the referred charge sheet filed by the respondent in Cr.No.146 of 2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
