ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.M.Rajeswari, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent entered into an agreement on 30.11.2021 and that the third respondent has now preferred a complaint before the second respondent against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the property in dispute is the Government Poramboke land and in this regard, current paper is pending.
