ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent Police to investigate and file final report in Crime No.46 of 2021, dated 26.12.2021 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.155 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. 09.01.2023 das 2/4
