Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, calling for the records pertaining to the enquiry reports served on the Petitioner by proceedings in Na.Ka.3917/2010Aa, dated 12-09-2011 and the subsequent report served on the petitioner vide proceedings Na.Ka.3917/10-Aa, dated 21-09-2011, quash the same.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.12300 of 2011, dated 28.11.2011, challenging the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry reports served on the Writ Petitioner and also the subsequent report served on 21.09.2011 and to quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The above Writ Petition has been decided along with two other Writ Petitioners and the said Writ Petitions were dismissed as subsequently charge-memo was issued to the Petitioner. Challenging the said charge-memo, a Writ Petition was filed by the very same appellant in W.P(MD)No.9757 of 2011, which was dismissed by this Court on 26.08.2011, Aggrieved by the same, W.A(MD)No.997 of 2011 was filed. Already, the Charge-memo is challenged in other Writ Petition, which is pending in W.P(MD)No.12300 of 2011 was dismissed. Hence, the appeal against the same challenged in W.A(MD)No.504 of 2012 stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
