RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon ble Court vide order in Crl.MP(MD)No.9330 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.320 of 2019 dt 30.10.2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SOLAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This petition has been filed for relaxing the condition already imposed by this Court, vide orders dated 09.08.2019 and 30.10.2019. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2019, the petitioner is complying with the condition by appearing before the All Women Police Station, every day at evening 5.30 p.m. Therefore, if the condition is further relaxed, no prejudice would be caused to anyone and the appellant accused would be able to carry on his daily routine and livelihood also.

CRL MP(MD) No.418 of 2020 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition till date.
4.In view of the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Mahila Court, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
