Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners cannot arrange the sureties, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 6387 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9757 of 2021 dated 31.08.2021.

3. In view of the same and also considering the present pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 6387 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9757 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
