ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the petitioner gave the representation, dated 04.12.2022 and the same is pending.
3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.12.2022, and pass orders in 2/4
accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
