the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, would submit that the proceedings in M.C.No.84 of 2013 has been closed on 02.03.2018, as the fund allotted for construction of Bus stand is withdrawn and also the case is running more than 6 months, it is decided to discharge. Hence, discharged. Therefore, this criminal original petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also in view of the order passed by the respondent dated 02.03.2018, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
