The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R, on the basis of the complaint dated 16.04.2015 preferred by the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.04.2015 a case was registered in Crime No.121 of 2015.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
