ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the Petitioner relating to the missing Settlement Deed No.4688/2010 dated 11.11.2010 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kalaiyarkovil, Sivagangai District, in connection with the LDR No. ID609202200064, dated 15.03.2022, issued by the Tamil Nadu Police Department, by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.12.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per the Circular of the Director General of Police / Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in Rc.No.2029209/General.4(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022, the Field Officers were directed to follow certain Standard Procedures.
3. Accordingly, the Petitioner is directed to provide certified copy of the Deed along with Photograph of the Petitioner and Identify Card to the 2nd Respondent. Only then, the Respondent Police will be able to issue the "Non-Traceable Certificate".

4. The Petitioner is also directed to follow the Procedures as stated in the Circular of the Director General of Police, which was directed by the 2nd Respondent.
5. On such furnishing of documents and photographs, the Respondent Police shall act as per the Circular of the Director General of Police, and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
