ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No. 115 of 2025, u/s. 296(b), 115(2) and 324(4) of BNS on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against this petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnad by way of e-filing in No.LTN202200023430002343C202500324 on 23.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The 2/4
