2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, enquired conducted and closed and copy of the closure report also been served.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
