ORDER

The petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2050 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate stated that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
