for the respondent.

2.Though the direction of this Court was to regularize the service of the respondents in appeal in the post of Record Clerk, their service has been regularized in the post of Office Assistant, due to want of vacancies. While recording the said fact and closing the Contempt Petition, we make it clear that the respondents in appeal will be accommodated as and when the vacancies are arise.

3.The Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
