O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR,J.) The respondents 2 to 4 in in W.A(MD)No.572 of 2019 has filed the present Review Application seeking to review the order dated 16.09.2019.

2. The writ appellant was initially appointed as Vocational Instructor in tailoring by converting the post of vocational instructor in tailoring as Weaving Instructor. This appointment was not approved by the authorities. The School Management had preferred W.P(MD)No. 3548 of 2007 and the same was dismissed on 20.03.2012. The concerned 2/4

teacher had preferred the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.572 of 2019 and the writ appeal came to be allowed. Seeking to review the said order, the present review application has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the review applicants has brought to the notice of this Court that in similar matters, Special Leave Petition filed by the State has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and therefore, the Chief Educational Officer has sent a communication to the Joint Director of School Education (Elementary Education) on 18.09.2025 to approve the appointment of the writ appellant.
