************ This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.226 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and to quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the first respondent would submit that already Accused A1 to A3 including the petitioner herein who is arrayed as A3 have approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22812 of 2023 and this Court has also allowed the said Criminal Original Petition by quashing the final report in C.C.No.226 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3.Since by suppressing the above order, once again the petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashment of the very same proceedings, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and this petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/5

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
