The present writ petition has been filed challenging the removal of Panchayat President invoking Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Town Panchayat Act. W.P.(MD).No.10747 of 2011 learned counsel for the petitioner was not present yesterday and the matter was posted for dismissal today. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner.
