Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.AJU TAGORE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11142 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4407 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.210 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 28.09.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1253 of 2021 directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.00 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly after lockdown period and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11142 of 2019 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.4407 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.210 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
