2. The issue pertains to effecting mutation of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. It is seen that the second respondent Thiru.Kumar instituted O.S.No.105 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif, Devakottai against the petitioner herein. The suit was disposed of on 22.11.2010. It was partly decreed in favour of the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, both the petitioner as well as the second respondent have filed first appeals. A.S.No.34 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner herein.
3. Therefore, I direct the first respondent herein to make appropriate mutations in terms of the decree dated 22.11.2010 in O.S.No.105 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif, Devakottai. Of course this is not a final mutation. Since both the parties have filed the first appeals, further mutation will have to be made based on the outcome of the first appeals filed by both the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
