When this writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.I.Murugesan, learned representing counsel on behalf of the appellant has submitted that he has received the instructions from the counsel on record Mr.G.Chandrasekar, who in turn received the instructions from the appellant that the matter has become infructuous.
