The petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.929 of 2020, dated 21.09.2020. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, seeks three months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the said submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.929 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. 4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
