: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the investigation in connection with the case in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent to be withdrawn and transfer to any other investigating agency more particularly the third respondent and further direct the third respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and also to file the final report for the gravity of the offence committed by the accused before the Court concerned forthwith.

The petitioner has come forward with this application seeking a direction to direct the investigation in connection with the case in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent to be withdrawn and transfer to any other investigating agency, more particularly the third respondent and further direct the third respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and also to file a final report for the gravity of the offence committed by the accused before the Court concerned forthwith.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.37 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudil.
