ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to examine the application given by the petitioner on 08.12.2020 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. It is informed by Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents, that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

21.12.2021, an inquiry had actually been commenced by the second respondent and the inquiry is ongoing and the parties had been directed to produce relevant documents.

3. Let the inquiry proceed in manner known to law. A direction is given to the second respondent to conclude the said inquiry on or before 30.04.2022.

4. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
